BLS works with actors ranging from people taking their first acting class to working professionals preparing for series regulars, feature films, television, theatre, and other professional work.
Students have gone on to book lead roles on Netflix, lead roles in A24 films, series regular roles on Hulu, and Broadway productions.
The work is rigorous. The environment isn't.

BLS offers ongoing Technique and Scene Study classes in Reseda for actors who want to develop their craft over time.
Prep your auditions for TV/Film, Theatre, or College, plus audition taping, self-tape review, accent work, and online coaching.
Develop an authentic, reliable accent for a role or expand your range as an actor.
1-on-1 Growth Coaching - $150/hr
One-on-one coaching built around your specific goals, material, and challenges.
Work on technique, scene study, character development, emotional access, script analysis, accents, physicality, audition preparation, booked roles, or whatever your acting currently needs.

Already got the job? Work privately on the character, script, scenes, emotional material, physicality, accents, and other demands of the role before production begins.
Need your coach there once production starts? BLS also offers on-set coaching for actors who want support between takes and throughout the shooting day.

You won't be given a bag of tricks and told to imitate a performance.
You'll learn how to understand material, make specific choices, connect to the character, and actually inhabit the circumstances of the scene.
The goal isn't to make you dependent on a coach.
It's to make you better at acting.
You don't need to already be a working actor.
Beginners can learn the fundamentals. Developing actors can build stronger technique. Working professionals can use coaching to prepare for auditions, roles, and the demands of a career.
