Do I need to do the exercises in order?
No. Best practice is to start with the areas where you're weakest and those which will help you most in your career.
How long does each exercise take?
It's entirely up to you how much time you spend on each exercise. 30-60 minutes is recommended for optimum results.
Can I do multiple exercises per day?
Absolutely. Best practice is to treat your career like any musician or athlete: spend 6+ hours at it, visiting as many exercises as you can for at least 30 minutes each.
What if I don't have a scene partner?
Most exercises are designed for solo practice. A few benefit from a partner but can be adapted.
Do I need props or special equipment?
No. All exercises use everyday objects or your imagination.
Is this for beginners or advanced actors?
Both. Beginners build foundation skills. Advanced actors deepen existing technique.
